Designing Data Portals (Interface & Branding)

You can configure a fully custom interface in seconds without talking to a designer:

1. 1In the Portal settings, locate the Auto-Branding panel.
2. 2Type in your customer’s website URL (e.g., customercompany.com) and click Sync Identity.
3. 3Our AI automatically crawls their website, extracts their official logos, detects their color palette, and determines their brand typography — instantly applying these details to your upload interface.

If you want to fine-tune the look, use the Manual Adjustments panel:

• Logos: Upload a primary logo and a favicon directly into the upload tiles.
• Colors: Click the color picker inputs to select custom hex values for your Primary Brand color and Background color.
• Typography: Choose a native font family (such as Inter, Roboto, or Lato) from the select dropdown.
• UI Style Sliders: Interactive sliders to set Corner Radius (0px to 32px) and Shadow Depth (None, Medium, Large, Extra Large) for buttons and cards.

Within the portal, you can customize the tone and language of the assistant that helps your users correct upload errors:

• Assistant Voice: Choose between Professional, Friendly, or Concise based on your customer relationship type.
• Default Language: Set the localization (e.g., English (US), Spanish, French).
• Widget Theme: Toggle the assistant window between LIGHT or DARK theme.

Before publishing, you can interact with the Live Preview panel on the right side of your screen:

1. 1View Devices: Switch between Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile viewport orientations to verify responsive layout spacing.
2. 2Cycle Upload States: Click the next/prev navigation buttons to preview the interface under different conditions.
